PRIVACY

Privacy notice

This notice explains how Kinemor handles website inquiries, optional analytics, device recognition, and privacy requests. Effective 28 August 2026.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization if provided, inquiry type, and message. Our hosting and security providers may process request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, and request identifiers to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to review your request, reply to you, prevent abuse, and keep appropriate records of business conversations. We use optional analytics to understand how the site performs and which pages are useful.

Optional analytics and device recognition

With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views, device and browser categories, approximate country, interactions, and performance. On the home and contact pages only, we also use Fingerprint Pro to create a pseudonymous browser identifier from browser, device, network, cookie, and local-storage signals. We use it to understand repeat visits and investigate repeated or abusive contact activity. We do not use extended geolocation results or connect the identifier to advertising profiles.

Your consent

Optional analytics and Fingerprint Pro remain off until you select “Allow.” You can withdraw that choice at any time from Privacy choices. We also honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional processing off. Withdrawing consent prevents new identification requests but does not automatically erase information already retained by a service provider.

Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Google Workspace for business email, and Fingerprint for consented browser identification. Fingerprint processing for this site is configured in its North America region, so information from visitors in the UK, EEA, or India may be transferred to and processed in the United States under the provider's contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

The site caches a consented Fingerprint visitor and request identifier in your browser for up to 24 hours to reduce identification requests. Fingerprint generally retains identification event history for up to 30 days on our plan. We retain inquiry emails only as long as needed for follow-up, records, security, or legal obligations, and review them periodically.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information about you, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local authority. California residents may also ask what categories we collect and disclose and exercise applicable rights without discrimination. Indian users may withdraw consent and exercise applicable Data Principal rights. These rights can be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Children

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly use device recognition to profile children.

Contact

To exercise a privacy right, withdraw consent, or ask about your information, email privacy@kinemor.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate the relevant inquiry or browser identifier. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
