Before capture

Contributors should receive a clear task brief, location rules, privacy guidance, safety limits, expected deliverables, and payment or engagement terms where applicable.

Capture rules

  • Collect only in approved public or permissioned areas.
  • Do not capture private conversations, personal documents, passwords, medical details, or restricted areas.
  • Stop capture if a site owner, participant, or safety condition requires it.
  • Follow device, battery, storage, and upload instructions exactly.
